The story of this project began with the winning of an architectural competition, which generated a long-term collaboration that raised the problem of collective living in a residential complex located in the central area of Timisoara.

Our concept focuses on several levels, from designing a volume that generates a series of exterior spaces, open to the community, to the design of high quality interior spaces with good illumination.

The four buildings (M8-M12) are forming an assembly composed of a high-pitched base, whose dynamic orientation breaks the monotony of the main street and creates public spaces away from the urban agglomeration, and four volumes placed on this basis, which emphasize volumetric dynamics.
